1. How can I contact Inmate Services, L.P.

2. How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Firstly, our online shopping cart and security technology ensure the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.  Secondly, we only accept payments online via PayPal.  In our opinion, PayPal is the safest and most reliable way to pay and accept payments on the internet. 

If you do not have a PayPal account, it only take a second to creat one.  All you need is an email address and a debit or credit card.


3. How are products delivered?

When itmes are shipped from our supplier, they are usually shipped via UPS Ground.  In the event that there is a problem with an order or its delivery, packages are forwarded to our New York location where we will in turn re-deliver them using USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail.


4. How long does it take for an inmate to receive a package?

Using UPS Ground, we can guarantee packages to be delivered to their respective facilities within 3-5 business days.  When an inmate actually receives their package depends on that particular facility.


5. What is your refund or exchange policy?

We do not accept accomodation returns.  What this means is if you want to exchange for a different color/size of if you just do not like the item.  We will however authorize a return if the item(s) are damaged or if we sent the wrong item(s)


6. Are there any other acceptable payment methods?

Yes.  We do accept checks and money orders however, products WILL NOT be shipped until funds have cleared.  Simply make them payable to: INMATE SERVICES, L.P. and send (with return receipt) to: 191 St. Nicholas Ave Suite #2B, New York, NY 10026 along with your order.  **PLEASE NOTE** THIS IS NOT OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION
